We are looking to recruit a Farm Manager who specialises in cassava farming.
The proficient candidate will have previous management experience in cassava farming, can manage and oversee running a large-scale cassava farm with maintenance and productivity in mind.
This is a rewarding long-term role for a hands-on and committed individual, who has the confidence to run the farm for in Ghana.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, dedicated to taking responsibility for a high standard of crop care. This role may be suitable for an Assistant Farm Manager looking for the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
• Production performance;
• Ensuring crop welfare;
• Feed management;
• Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard;
• Maintaining safe working practices;
• Ventilation management;
• Record keeping;
The Requirements:
• Previous Farm Management Experience
• Effective people management skills.
• Ability to carry out manual duties.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Full UK driving license.
